My Birthday Boy {Child and Family Photography | Twin Cities, Minneapolis St. Paul, MN}

My oldest has a birthday in the middle of the worst month of the year here in the Twin Cities. Boy, did that work out perfectly. Celebrating his birthday is the one truly wonderful thing about February in Minnesota. Here are a few pictures from his birthday photo session. For the record, he does smile and laugh, a LOT, but... not as much when the camera is pointed at him. And actually, I think these capture his essence perfectly: thoughtful, sweet, straightforward, honest, kind and gentle. I'm such a lucky mama.
