This is Rachel.  She is lovely, confident, smart and fun.  I loved spending time with her, I loved her style, and I loved being her senior photographer.

The really neat thing about being a senior photographer is that your senior session is about... YOU.  Not about me, but you, and who you really are.   I love my seniors because they are all unique, special, amazing people and it's so fun to get to know them as individuals.  I feel very lucky to get to work with you all.

Dexter and family {Child and family photography | Minneapolis-St. Paul, Twin Cities, MN}

Dexter the puppy brought his new family out to Lake Minnetonka for a photo shoot!   He is so adorable, and he fits right in with this beautiful gang.

We had such a perfect evening in every way.  These two sisters really captured my heart with their sweet relationship.  Lovely older sister is so poised and mature for her age, and so caring and nurturing toward her little sister.  And the darling littler one absolutely adores her big sister!  I honestly could have photographed them all night (and in fact, I tried, but Dexter was ready to go home at sunset).

Emma {Senior Photography | Minneapolis St. Paul, Twin Cities, MN}

Emma!  Such a sweet, lovely, easygoing girl.  With amazing hair and eyes.  And serious talents on the hockey rink.  Beautiful, both inside and out.

We had the most perfect evening for her senior portraits - this summer has been kind, as far as cooler temps and low humidity (less so with the rain...).

Big, Happy Family {Child and Family Photography, Minneapolis-St. Paul, Twin Cities, Minnesota}

This was the cutest night ever.  Eight cousins, four parents, and a loving grandmother.  It was wild, it was noisy, and it was FUN.  The kids were so sweet, and so helpful!  Every time I needed to move something or do something in the studio, one of them would jump up and assist me.

I got to photograph this extended family three years ago; they've added a new family member since then, and the other kids have grown SO much.  (The adults have not changed at all.)  It was so wonderful to catch up with them!
